Evangeline is a bodywork and breathwork practitioner, deeply believing that to heal one needs to feel, breathe, and move. She has worked as a bodyworker with Alan Dolan at his retreat in Lanzarote, helping release emotional and physical tension stored in the body. Evangeline also has trained as a breathworker with Alan and helps facilitate his workshops in London.

Kerry had been working as an osteopath for 25 years before Breathguru birthed a new chapter into her work life.
Although she had incorporated breath into her osteopathic sessions for years, it was only after discovering the conscious connected breath that she felt she had truly found the key to helping people understand and free themselves from their pain. Kerry believes that Breathwork is the one practice that can release tension that the body retains during the rollercoaster of one’s life, and reveal wisdom to the future of one’s life. Now she can say more than ever that she has found her true vocation.

Jamie is a breathwork coach and mental health ambassador based in London, with a focus on functional breathing and conscious connected breathing. Having discovered breathwork over two years ago, the practice had a profound impact on him, significantly improving his physical and mental wellbeing. Having taught yoga, meditation and Pilates for almost a decade, Lauren discovered breathwork in 2019 and quickly realised its transformational power. Passionate about helping people become more attuned and aligned to who they truly are, she quickly realised that breathwork was a profound way to facilitate this rediscovery of self.
A (moderately) reformed Type-A personality, Lauren loves sharing the many tools she has to help people slow down and release stress, nourish their bodies hearts and minds, live authentically, and help break free of behavioural patterns that no longer serve. In addition to breathwork, Lauren holds women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, weekly yoga classes, and has an online yoga studio where people can move, breathe, meditate and rest.

Having left a career in organisational psychology, Fini works with people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing through the power of their breath. She believes there is a breath technique for anything, enabling people to gain more clarity, connection, peace and joy in their lives.
Fini is so passionate about breathwork because it transformed her life, enabling her to heal from childhood trauma, and regulate her nervous system.
At The Breath Way, Fini uses conscious connected breathing for deeper dives into emotional release and integration, and also teaches functional techniques for optimum breathing. She’s a great believer in coinciding deeper work with everyday state-enhancing techniques for clients to take away to help induce sleep, reduce anxiety etc.
