Kerry had been working as an osteopath for 25 years before Breathguru birthed a new chapter into her work life.
Although she had incorporated breath into her osteopathic sessions for years, it was only after discovering the conscious connected breath that she felt she had truly found the key to helping people understand and free themselves from their pain. Kerry believes that Breathwork is the one practice that can release tension that the body retains during the rollercoaster of one’s life, and reveal wisdom to the future of one’s life. Now she can say more than ever that she has found her true vocation.
Kerry is based in central London.

Having taught yoga, meditation and Pilates for almost a decade, Lauren discovered breathwork in 2019 and quickly realised its transformational power. Passionate about helping people become more attuned and aligned to who they truly are, she quickly realised that breathwork was a profound way to facilitate this rediscovery of self.
A (moderately) reformed Type-A personality, Lauren loves sharing the many tools she has to help people slow down and release stress, nourish their bodies hearts and minds, live authentically, and help break free of behavioural patterns that no longer serve. In addition to breathwork, Lauren holds women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, weekly yoga classes, and has an online yoga studio where people can move, breathe, meditate and rest.
Lauren offers 1-to-1 breathwork sessions as well as bespoke nourishment packages which include movement, meditation, breathwork and more.
Having left a career in organisational psychology, Fini works with people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing through the power of their breath. She believes there is a breath technique for anything, enabling people to gain more clarity, connection, peace and joy in their lives.
Fini is so passionate about breathwork because it transformed her life, enabling her to heal from childhood trauma, and regulate her nervous system.
At The Breath Way, Fini uses conscious connected breathing for deeper dives into emotional release and integration, and also teaches functional techniques for optimum breathing. She’s a great believer in coinciding deeper work with everyday state-enhancing techniques for clients to take away to help induce sleep, reduce anxiety etc.
Fini is based in London, and offers one-to-one sessions in person or via Zoom, each tailored to individual needs. She also offers workshops and group classes.
Lyndsey is a breathwork coach based in Bristol, who offers one-to-one sessions and group workshops. She brings sensitivity, compassion and empathy to her work and loves to witness the gentle but powerful effect of breathwork on her clients.
Having long been fascinated by the relationship between mind, body and spirit and having experienced a variety of different holistic approaches to health and wellness, Lyndsey continues to be amazed by the power of the breath. She has seen clients move from hysterical grief to inner calm, extreme stress to deep relaxation and agitated anxiety to peaceful well-being. The profound shifts that occur when the body is invited to initiate its self-healing processes are awe-inspiring. She believes Conscious Connected Breathing to be not only the fastest and most direct route to personal growth and transformation, but also the most accessible, since the technique is so easy to learn – a truly self-empowering practice that she is working to share as widely as possible.
Glyn truly believes that everyone can live a heart and soul-centred life if they are willing to do the work.
She began her own journey triggered by a perfect storm of personal and life traumas buoyed by the belief that suffering can lead to healing if you are courageous enough to listen to the whispers of your soul.
Blending the profound healing powers of conscious connected breathing, with the gentle and nurturing energies of Reiki, enables Glyn to create a beautiful and safe space for her clients; one which holds them as they begin their own journeys to mend the broken trust between mind and body. She is particularly passionate about helping other women to find their inner brilliance.
As a Reiki Master and Breathguru® Breathwork coach, Glyn is based in London and Surrey and owns Dancing Light UK offering one-to-one, virtual Zoom and in-person sessions, tailored to each client’s needs. She also holds small group breathwork sessions for companies wanting to provide mental health and wellness support to their staff.
Lani has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than a decade now. These practices had a profoundly positive impact on her life and it quickly became clear to her that she wanted to work in the world of well-being. She believes that in order to live freely and fully we need to continuously turn our attention inwards and that our body will show us the way home to our most authentic selves.
With the birth of her two sons in just two years, more than a year of intense sleep deprivation, physical and emotional pain, the daily duties of being a mum in a foreign country and the tending to her young children’s needs, she felt like she was slowly losing her identity and direction. During this challenging time, she discovered Breathwork, which helped her reenter a virtuous cycle of healing, reconnect to herself and her intuition. She feels called to share this powerful practice with other women who might be going through something similar and who want to transform their current state, empower themselves and move forward with more clarity.
Based in Geneva, Switzerland Lani offers 1-to-1 Breathwork sessions in person or online.
Justine first became aware of her breath in her 20’s, when she began a daily ritual of Ashtanga Yoga. A few years and injuries later, she learned this was not such a good idea, after all! But what she did learn was to observe, move, slow and speed up her breath, which was a revelation. She also noticed it cured her Raynaud’s disease and made her feel more balanced and far less stressed. Several visits to the Breathguru retreat later, a career as the CEO of a unique experiential travel company, founding corporate wellbeing agency The Life Adventure and a B Corp business called The Happy Prize Company, she then found herself hankering for the nature connection she’d experienced as a child growing up in Cornwall. Qualifying as a Shinrin-yoku practitioner, awarded by the International Society of Nature and Forest Medicine, she went on to train with Alan, so that she could teach others how to connect more profoundly with themselves and to nature, as she has done. Justine also crowd-funded the Selsey Sea Bathing Society, to encourage people of all ages back into the sea. She’s written a book on Forest Bathing and Breathing, as well as co-authoring a collaborative book project self-published in May 2021, called I Am Every Woman. She is based in Caterham, Surrey and Selsey, West Sussex.
