Breathguru® Online Event: Finding the Truth Beneath the Noise 2026
We are in Aries season, the fire sign of initiation, courage, and radical honesty. And fire doesn’t let things stay hidden for long. Join Alan and Natalia on Thursday, 30th April at 7.00 pm BST for a free online breathwork event exploring what becomes possible when you stop looking away.
Expect an exploration of the theme, a review of the Conscious Connected Breathing technique, and a guided live group session to help you see what’s really beneath the noise.
Free to attend. All levels welcome.
A replay will be available until May 10th for those who can’t attend live.
