Designed to take you from zero knowledge to effective and safe self practice. 4 x 90 min tutorials with Alan. Mondays 7 to 830pm



Beginning the first MONDAY of every month, the course includes 4 x 90 minute weekly group tutorials (Mondays from 7 to 830pm) with Alan giving you everything you need to initiate you own safe & effective Breath practice.
