Kerry believes that Breathwork is the one practice that can release tension that the body retains during the rollercoaster of one’s life, and reveal wisdom to the future of one’s life. Now she can say more than ever that she has found her true vocation.

Glyn truly believes that everyone can live a heart and soul-centred life if they are willing to do the work.

Blending the profound healing powers of conscious connected breathing, with the gentle and nurturing energies of Reiki, enables Glyn to create a beautiful and safe space for her clients; one which holds them as they begin their own journeys to mend the broken trust between mind and body. Lani has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than a decade now. These practices had a profoundly positive impact on her life and it quickly became clear to her that she wanted to work in the world of well-being. She believes that in order to live freely and fully we need to continuously turn our attention inwards and that our body will show us the way home to our most authentic selves.
With the birth of her two sons in just two years, more than a year of intense sleep deprivation, physical and emotional pain, the daily duties of being a mum in a foreign country and the tending to her young children’s needs, she felt like she was slowly losing her identity and direction. During this challenging time, she discovered Breathwork, which helped her reenter a virtuous cycle of healing, reconnect to herself and her intuition. She feels called to share this powerful practice with other women who might be going through something similar and who want to transform their current state, empower themselves and move forward with more clarity.
Based in Geneva, Switzerland Lani offers 1-to-1 Breathwork sessions in person or online.
Justine first became aware of her breath in her 20’s, when she began a daily ritual of Ashtanga Yoga. A few years and injuries later, she learned this was not such a good idea, after all! But what she did learn was to observe, move, slow and speed up her breath, which was a revelation. She also noticed it cured her Raynaud’s disease and made her feel more balanced and far less stressed. Several visits to the Breathguru retreat later, a career as the CEO of a unique experiential travel company, founding corporate wellbeing agency The Life Adventure and a B Corp business called The Happy Prize Company, she then found herself hankering for the nature connection she’d experienced as a child growing up in Cornwall. Qualifying as a Shinrin-yoku practitioner, awarded by the International Society of Nature and Forest Medicine, she went on to train with Alan, so that she could teach others how to connect more profoundly with themselves and to nature, as she has done. Justine also crowd-funded the Selsey Sea Bathing Society, to encourage people of all ages back into the sea. She’s written a book on Forest Bathing and Breathing, as well as co-authoring a collaborative book project self-published in May 2021, called I Am Every Woman. She is based in Caterham, Surrey and Selsey, West Sussex.
Claire Tompkins is a breathwork coach based in Brighton. She offers weekly group workshops and one-to-one sessions.
Claire discovered Breathwork a few years ago and has never looked back. She came across it at a workshop in London and was totally unprepared for such a mind-blowing experience, bowled over by how an hour’s guided breathing could evoke such feelings and sensations in her body.
Even then she didn’t really understand the impact that a regular practice could have on one’s physical and mental wellbeing. She felt a strong connection with Breathwork from that moment and within a week of the workshop she had signed up for the training and mentoring programme.
Claire has noticed subtle yet life-changing differences, and friends and family have also noticed the transformation in her, particularly in stressful situations. She is much more in tune with her intuition and has a deeper sense of calm and contentment, greater clarity and less unhelpful chatter.
Claire feels passionately that everyone should have this amazing tool available, to help them process and manage life’s daily stresses, and even unravel past traumas.
Based in West Sussex, Alan Ball offers clients a powerful and natural way to heal. His journey towards becoming a breathwork coach began several years ago and stemmed from severe back issues. This led Alan to discover the power of yoga and culminated in a beginners’ Conscious Connected Breathwork class.
The experience had a profound effect – both physically and mentally and ignited a desire in Alan to learn more about Breathwork. Early last year (2020), he signed up to a 12 month Breathwork instruction course and embarked on a journey of discussion, debate, soul searching and self-discovery.
As a qualified Breathwork coach, Alan is convinced that taking time out to concentrate on breathing should be a daily practice and help balance the demands we put on ourselves both professionally and personally. He offers both 1:1 sessions and workshops.

She’s been dedicated to the studies and practice of yoga since 2018 after feeling the immense healing benefits for both her mind and body.
After losing her Father in 2020, she leant into the sacred practice for support and stumbled upon Conscious Connected Breathwork. Amazed by the power of the breath practice – she quit her studies in Psychotherapy and embarked on her breathwork journey.
Whilst Aimee believes there is a space for Psychotherapy, her healing journey has never been cognitive and is a big believer in healing from the body up. Whilst she continues her never-ending healing journey – she now brings her healing experiences to others, who are ready to embark on theirs.
March is a London based certified breathwork facilitator and sound therapist. He has been captivated by meditation and the teachings that encompass it for many years.
Having extensively explored meditation since his teens, March’s dedication to the practice of meditation has taken him around the world, from Buddhist monasteries to learning from some of the best teachers in India, Europe and UK. It has been both his passion and curiosity to this practice that led him to breathwork.
Breathwork has had a profound impact on his life and has brought new layers of depth to his existing practice. Whilst he continues to always be a student, he now is on a mission to share this life changing practice with the world.
I trained as an actor at a top London Drama School, and often found that when I would audition for projects, I went in feeling nervous and underprepared, rather then grounded and confident. My energy was all up in my head, and not in my body. It never occurred to me then that utilizing my breath correctly would have really benefited me.
In my twenties, I suffered from a range of chronic health issues – exacerbated by the hamster wheel of London life. For a long time, I was disconnected to my body’s warnings and signals until it was finally too much to ignore. I was exhausted and unwell – with inflammation showing up in my body in every way possible. Sluggish digestion, achey joints, food sensitivities, chronic tension headaches & alopecia, to name a few.
I took steps to clean up my diet and lifestyle and that’s when, to my good fortune, I discovered breathwork. I was amazed at the impact it had on my stress and anxiety – as well as the increase in my energy levels. By practicing what’s called ‘conscious connected breathing’ regularly, I gradually gained more autonomy over my body and found that I started to feel like ‘myself’ again.
Having experienced this personal shift, I’m now passionate about helping more people to use the power of breath as a tool – one that can improve their physical and emotional health and drive impact in both their personal and professional lives.
Zoe is a functional movement coach and breathwork facilitator based in Truro, Cornwall.
After years of neglecting her state of being, Zoe experienced burnout and recognised that healing came in pursuit of her passions. Her experience of healing wasn’t linear and she called on several holistic therapies whilst qualifying as a Personal Trainer, before finding conscious connected Breathwork, which served as the missing piece to connect her body and mind.
Zoe now offers a holistic approach to wellness, combining Breathwork with functional movement, training in natural environments and taking a view of the whole being to feel better from the inside out.
Zoe has since also completed her Oxygen Advantage functional breathing instructor training. She is available for one-to-one sessions, both online or in person in Cornwall and Devon and holds regular workshops and group sessions.
Tate found breathwork as a tool to alleviate her anxiety and shift out of negative thought patterns and behaviours. From the first session she discovered that Breathwork was the only healing modality to have immediately altered her state of mind and body and she now utilises both therapeutic and functional breathing techniques in her work.
Tate passionately believes that any dis-ease within the body should be acknowledged in the context of the entire person and lifestyle, and breathwork offers a foundational practice upon which one can regulate one’s stress response and make room for deep transformational change that will influence the individual’s body and external world. Tate also loves cold water swimming, being in nature and journaling and weaves these into her teachings where possible.
Tate is based in London but often works in Cornwall too holding both in-person and online one-to-ones and group workshops.

Having witnessed the profound power of this simple tool, it is her passion to empower people to use their breath to live happier and healthier lives and cultivate deeper connection with themselves.
She is based in East London and offers one-to-one sessions and group workshops.
Hannah is a human who has lived a varied life whilst managing, recovering and learning from 10+ years of chronic fatigue. How she lives her life, engages with and guides others comes from these learnings. She has taught personal training, Pilates, facilitates breath work and raced as an amateur triathlete. During her time in PT and triathlons was when she discovered her chronic fatigue. Through this experience she researched and learnt about the mind, body and nervous system to help her recovery, and this is when she found breath work. After 10+ years of CFS and two slipped discs Hannah really started to slow down, be kinder to herself and solidify this understanding of the body from a holistic standpoint. Her main focus now is educating and guiding people on the importance of their breath for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
To help people have a full spectrum approach to breathing and to their entire being Hannah also studied with Oxygen Advantage. Through these two approaches she combines emotional and spiritual release with functional breath work to create this full spectrum approach.
Although anyone can benefit from breath release and breath control her work is specifically focused on long covid, CFS/ME and helping people rebalance their nervous systems through breath and embodiment. As a member of the Queer Community Hannah also creates a safe space for those who identify as Queer. Hannah now runs workshops and 1-1s in the Brighton and Hove area where she lives, or online, and can be frequently found sea swimming off the shores of Hove.
Ulrike’s work is all about creating a safe healing space for people to explore their true essence.
Being a practical being from inside out she found that the breathwork really is the most fast and efficient way to reconnect to the body. And as soon as we are reconnected, the body knows exactly what it needs to heal.
Conscious connected breathwork also became the most important tool and anchor in the challenging times of her own healing journey, while she was struggling with her past childhood trauma.
Guiding people through these beautiful experiences and seeing their smile and peace when they return “back to the planet” after a session really is the most satisfying and humbling feeling in the world for her.
As the first german graduate from the program she feels honored to share the work in 1:1 life sessions in her beautiful garden house in Berlin, Germany and several events in the Berlin area.
